Daniel 8:24

SV	En zijn kracht zal sterk worden, doch niet door zijn kracht; en hij zal het wonderlijk verderven, en zal geluk hebben, en zal het doen; en hij zal de sterken, mitsgaders het heilige volk verderven:
WLC	וְעָצַ֤ם כֹּחֹו֙ וְלֹ֣א בְכֹחֹ֔ו וְנִפְלָאֹ֥ות יַשְׁחִ֖ית וְהִצְלִ֣יחַ וְעָשָׂ֑ה וְהִשְׁחִ֥ית עֲצוּמִ֖ים וְעַם־קְדֹשִֽׁים׃
Trans.	wə‘āṣam kōḥwō wəlō’ ḇəḵōḥwō wənifəlā’wōṯ yašəḥîṯ wəhiṣəlîḥa wə‘āśâ wəhišəḥîṯ ‘ăṣûmîm wə‘am-qəḏōšîm:

AC	כד ועצם כחו ולא בכחו ונפלאות ישחית והצליח ועשה והשחית עצומים ועם קדשים
ASV	And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper and do [his pleasure]; and he shall destroy the mighty ones and the holy people.
BE	And his power will be great, and he will be purposing strange things. And all will go well for him and he will do his pleasure; and he will send destruction on the strong ones.
Darby	And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; and he shall destroy marvellously, and shall prosper, and shall practise, and shall destroy the mighty ones, and the people of the saints.
ELB05	Und seine Macht wird stark sein, aber nicht durch seine eigene Macht; und er wird erstaunliches Verderben anrichten, und Gelingen haben und handeln; und er wird Starke und das Volk der Heiligen verderben.
LSG	Sa puissance s'accroîtra, mais non par sa propre force; il fera d'incroyables ravages, il réussira dans ses entreprises, il détruira les puissants et le peuple des saints.
Sch	Er wird stark sein, aber nicht in eigener Kraft; und er wird ein erstaunliches Verderben anrichten, und es wird ihm gelingen, Starke zu verderben und das Volk der Heiligen.
Web	And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
